Welcome to FlasHHorsE
FlasHHorsE is devoted to photography of horses, dogs and other animals for private commissions, commercial assignments and for the media.
Susann Brown is an award winning photographer, professionally qualified in Photoimaging to City and Guilds Level 4. She works and lives near Inverurie in the North east of Scotland and produces stunning portraits as well as covering equestrian events on her home turf, throughout Scotland and beyond.
Events include one and three day event fixtures, dressage and show jumping competitions, cross country, hunter trials, showing shows, polo and driving competitions at all levels.
Photojournalism forms a large part of her work, producing images that tell a story in themselves, or to illustrate editorial for a variety of publications including newspapers, magazines and the web.
Her portraiture varies in style from natural, environmental to abstract or more formal images, always with the aim of brining out the character of her subjects.
Using a range of professional photographic equipment, each assignment is carried out with greatest care, whether producing images that sell products, tell a story or whether they are unique, beautiful keepsakes of beloved animals.
All images are finished to exacting high standards, printed on photo grade papers or as timeless fine art pieces using the giclée print process on high grade cotton papers, canvasses, or other mediums. That together with her mounting and framing service ensures that she is able to provide a complete package.
Susann regularly exhibits her work in the North-east of Scotand. Recent exhibitions can be seen at www.theglasseye.co.uk.
