Susann has nurtured a life-long passion for horses, dogs and other domestic animals, with a particular interest in the bonds formed between them and their people.

Inspired by a book of animal photography she was given as a small child, she developed a burning desire to capture the power, the beauty, the honesty and the vulnerability of her subjects. Her passion has taken her on an incredible, ever-changing journey that continues to evolve as each day brings fresh ideas and, seemingly, new eyes.

As a journalist she also produces images for a range of publications and for advertising purposes.

Flashhorse Photographic and Framing has full insurance cover. Susann Brown is an award winning photographer, professionally qualified in Photoimaging to City and Guilds Level 4 and also holds a Level 3 BHS qualification. 

Susann is a professional member of Equine Photographers Network.
